AROUND THE PAC-12

• Pac-12 men’s basketball teams have combined to post a 30-6 record to start the season.

• COLORADO joins ARIZONA and UCLA in this week’s AP Top 25. It’s the first appearance in the Top 25 for the Buffs since the final poll of the 1997 season. It’s also the first time since the 2008-09 season that the Pac-12 has had three teams ranked in the AP Top 25. The AP Top 25 on March 16, 2009, included No. 15 Washington, No. 18 UCLA and No. 19 Arizona State.

• Four Top 25 ranked opponents on the schedule this week, with the opportunity for at least another four games against Top 25 teams in various holiday tournament action.

• COLORADO’s Askia Booker is this week’s Pac-12 Player of the Week after a MVP performance  at the Charleston Classic... CALIFORNIA’s Allen Crabbe is averaging 26.7 points per game after three games... UCLA freshman Jordan Adams has led the Bruins in scorin in each of their three games and is averaging 24.0 points.
