Arizona's Hail Mary from Anu Solomon to Austin Hill drops Cal
You couldn't have scripted Arizona's comeback win over Cal any better -- assuming you're a Wildcats fan. Cal couldn't imagine a worse way to lose.
With four seconds remaining in the game and Cal ahead of Arizona 45-43, Arizona quarterback Anu Solomon rolled out to his right and let go a prayer of a Hail Mary into the end zone. Receiver Austin Hill answered that prayer, hauling in the 47-yard heave as time expired to give the Wildcats an incredible 49-45 victory as seen on Pac-12 Networks.
The kicker: The Wildcats never led in the game -- only after it. The 22-point deficit the Wildcats faced was the greatest comeback in school history.
It's only Week 4 of the college football season, but it's unlikely you'll see a better (or worse) finish all year.
