Cal-UCLA Football Game to be Replayed on TV

Oct. 16, 2000

Berkeley - Fox Sports Bay Area will re-air the dramatic Cal-UCLA football game twice this week. A slightly edited three-hour version of the game will be shown on Fox Sports Bay Area on Tuesday (October 17) at 7 p.m. and again on Wednesday (October 18) at 12 noon.

The Cal-UCLA football telecast was produced by Fox Sports West 2 and aired in southern California late Sunday afternoon. Bill McDonald and Mike Sherrard called the game for the network.

Cal delivered an impressive 46-38 victory over the 13th ranked Bruins on Saturday, breaking a four-game losing streak.

The weekly half-hour Cal football highlight show will air this week on Wednesday at 9:00 p.m. after a San Jose Sharks hockey match.

Another great Cal victory, the Cal women's soccer 2-0 victory over Stanford this past Sunday will also be shown this week on Fox Sports Bay Area. That match will air at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday (October 17).
