Women's Golf Places 12th at the Stanford Intercollegiate

STANFORD - The California women's golf team finished 12th at the Stanford Intercollegiate Sunday at Stanford Golf Course. The Golden Bears fired a final round 307 to finish the 54-hole tournament with a score of 932, one stroke behind 11th place Texas Tech.

Top-ranked Arizona won the 18-team tournament with a three-day score of 873, six strokes ahead of second-place USC (879). Stanford placed third with a score of 886.

Stacy Prammanasudh of Tulsa took medalist honors with a 210, three strokes ahead of Arizona's Lorena Ochoa (213).

Cal's scores will be posted later Sunday evening.
