Men's Soccer Host adidas-Legacy Classic

Berkeley, Calif. - The Fourth Annual California adidas-Legacy Classic takes place on the campus of California, November 4 and 5. This year's field features some of the best competition in the country.
No. 1 San Jose State (NSCAA), No. 3 Indiana (NSCAA), two-time defending classic champion No. 5 Stanford (NSCAA) and host California convene at Goldman Field at Edwards Stadium in Berkeley, Calif., this weekend.
Saturday, the Stanford Cardinal (14-1-1) and Indiana Hoosiers (16-3-0) battle at noon, followed by the San Jose State Spartans (14-0-1) and California Golden Bears (5-10-1) at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Cal takes on Indiana at 3 p.m., following the Cal women's match against Oregon State at noon.
The fourth annual tournament has seen the nation's best come in the past, but this year's field appears to be the best thus far. Past winners Stanford and Indiana are consistently ranked among the nations elite year after year. Past participants also include Saint Louis and San Francisco, among others.
