Wildcat Soccer Players Earn Honorable Mention All-Pac-10 Laurels

Two University of Arizona women's soccer players -- freshman forward LizBartlett and junior defender Cassidy Guinn -- earned honorable mentionAll-Pac-10 laurels, announced the conference office on Tuesday.
Bartlett finished the 2000 season as Arizona's leading scorer with fivegoals and one assist (11 points). She started 18 of the Cats' 20 matches,missing the final two of the season because of illness. Her 43 shots was ateam-high for the season.
Guinn was also a starter in 18 of Arizona's 20 contests this year. Sheregistered one shot on goal.
In the midst of a rebuilding program under first-year head coach CathyKlein, the Wildcats finished the year 3-15-2 overall and 0-8-1 in Pac-10play. Six of the UA's last seven opponents of the season were nationallyranked.
