ASU Volleyball Coach Patti Snyder-Park Gives Birth To Baby Girl

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Arizona State University's 12-year head coach Patti Snyder-Park gave birth to her third child Friday night, entering nine pound, 15 ounce Sophia Rae into the world at 6:20 p.m. at Desert Samaritan Hospital in Mesa. Both the baby and Mother are healthy and doing fine.

Snyder-Park guided the Sun Devils to an 18-12 record and a consecutive trip to the NCAA Tournament while showing her pregnancy all season on the sidelines. The Sun Devils last match of the year against Minnesota came almost one month prior to the birth of her baby girl.

Park and her husband, John, also have a girl, Sydney (6) and a son, Samuel (4).
