Men's Tennis Falls to #33 Boise State, 5-2

EUGENE,Ore. - The Unversity of Oregon men's tennis team fell to the No. 33-ranked Boise State Broncos, 5-2, on Friday at the Student Tennis Center. The Ducks managed two singles victories and one doubles win in the match.
In singles play, Ducks' junior Oded Teig won the No. 1 singles match against the Broncos' Bouvier, 7-6, 6-4. Also victorious was teammate senior David Becker, who put away Jonny Biorkman of Boise State, 6-1, 7-5, at the No. 4 position.
'We need to find a way to redefine our level of competition,' said Oregon head coach Chris Russell. 'We need to make some headway in shot selection.'
Up next, Oregon hosts the Northwestern Wildcats on Sunday, February 4, at 12:00 p.m. at the Student Tennis Center.
