Arizona scored an abundance of season high scores through impressive performancesby SR Heather Straccia, who set a career-high 9.7 on bars and SR Kara Fry, who tied for third on barswith a season-high 9.850. Six other Wildcats finished with top marks enabling Arizona to postseason-high totals on bars (48.700) and beam (48.875)...Randi Liljenquist led the charge on beam witha 9.850 tie for second. Liljenquist also won her first All-Around title of the year (39.375)...Arizonacontinues to battle its way back into the rankings competing against UCLA, Washington and Cal StateFullerton next week.

ARIZONA STATE - Wells Fargo Arena and the Sun Devil gymnasts equate to only one thing thesedays...Home Dominance. Arizona State tacked on its 23rd win at home with its 195.575-193.075win over Washington last Friday...All of the Sun Devil gymnasts were adamant about protectingtheir streak. Four of six gymnasts scored 9.800 or higher on bars, beam and floor...Lara Moonled on beam (9.900) and bars (9.875) while Kelly Cowley and Kristin Fanning tied for top honors on floor (9.875).

CALIFORNIA - No. 17 California fell to Cal State Fullerton on Saturday night 192.600-194.750...Lisa Arnold and Janet McKnight started off strong tying for first on vault with duplicate9.825's...The momentum was lost when the Bears were unable to post any other scores over 9.825 throughout the rest of the meet...In an ongoing All-Around effort, SR Pari Olver and SO CarrieKreifels finished two-three in the All-Around and tied for third on the bars (9.825).

OREGON STATE -Competing against Arizona and Denver, Oregon State gymnasts won every event exceptfloor with a score of 9.9 or better...Despite these wins and posting their third-highest score of theseason (194.575), four falls on beam and floor kept the Beavers from overtaking Arizona (195.175) orDenver (194.825)...Katrina Severin's 9.975 vault was near perfect and tops the Pac-10 Season-High list...Other top performances by Annie Campbell (9.90) and Elaine Yoder (9.825) on beam, Stephanie Bychowskiand Elizabeth Jillson (9.95's on bars) are proof that once the Beavers improve their consistency, they'll be moving up in the rankings.

STANFORD - On Sunday, the Cardinal gymnasts showed everyone that the sky is the limit...Their new schoolrecord of 197.425 was good for a win against No. 13 Minnesota and merely 0.075 points shy of UCLA'snation leading score...FR Lindsay Wing was phenomenal scoring 39.625 in the All-Around (the fourth-highestscore in school history)...Teammates Lisa Leveille and Caroline Fluhrer also helped rewrite the record books.Fluhrer won both bars and vault and Leveille's 9.950 on beam becomes the second best in Stanford's books...Cardinal gymnasts scored 9.90 or higher 10 times...Their team score of 197.425 is the second in the nationthis year and moves the Cardinal up to fifth in the national polls.

WASHINGTON - The Huskies fell to 4-3 on the season with a 193.075-195-575 loss to ArizonaState at Wells Fargo Arena...Huskies leader Stacy Wong aggravated her Achilles tendon and wasunable to compete on floor and beam. Prior to injury, Wong had a strong start on bars and vault(9.875 and 9.850 respectively both good for first place honors)...Lana Apisukh was tops in theAll-Around with a total score of 38.950.
