Feb. 13, 2001
CORVALLIS, Ore. - On Wednesday, February 14, as part of the 'Weekly Pac-10 Women's Hoops Chat', Oregon State junior guard Felicia Ragland will drop by to take your questions.
Ragland, from Tulare, Calif., leads the Beavers in several statistical categories including points (383), scoring average (18.6), rebounds (135), rebounding average (7.1), field goals made (130) and three-point field goals made (39). Ragland has led the team in scoring or rebounding 14 times this year. She has recorded six double-doubles on the season and has scored in double figures in 18 of 20 games, including seven of 10 Pac-10 games. She recently had her consecutive games scoring in double-digits streak snapped with a nine-point effort against Arizona State, but made up for it by scoring 29 points the next game against Arizona and 30 the following against Cal. Ragland has started 76 consecutive games and is currently third in the Beavers record book for three-point baskets made (85).
Ragland's name is scattered among the top-10 in seven Pac-10 statistical categories. She is the Conference's most prolific scorer in Pac-10 games, with a 20.9 scoring average, and ranks second overall with 18.6 points per game. She ranks third in three-point field goal percentage (.442), third in defensive rebounds (4.74 rpg), third in three-point field goals made (34), third in steals (53) and fourth in rebounding (7.1 rpg).
Ragland won't be stopping by until Wednesday at 1 p.m. ET, but feel free to fire off your questions now. We'll save them until she gets there.
