Men's Golf Finishes Second At Stanford Intercollegiate

The Arizona State men's golf team finished second at the Stanford Intercollegiate held at the Stanford Golf Course over the weekend. The Sun Devils fired an even par 852 (288-276-288) while senior Jeff Quinney shot a 3-under 210 (71-67-72) and tied for second.

Junior Matt Jones tied for fourth with a 2-under 211 (70-70-71) while freshman Chez Reavie tied for 20th with a 2-over 215 (75-69-71).

Brian Nosler tied for 26th (72-71-74=217/+4) while senior Jin Park tied for 58th (77-70-78=225/+12).

Arizona won the tournament with a 15-under 837 (280-277-280).

ASU, who is the six-time defending Pac-10 Champion, will try to defend its title beginning next Friday, April 27, at the same course where the Stanford Intercollegiate Tournament was held.
