Women's Basketball Camps Are Coming

CORVALLIS, Ore. - Places are still available in the Oregon State University women's basketball camps scheduled to run this summer. There will be a day camp June 21-24 for players age 8-18 and then a residential camp from August 2-5 for players age 8-18.
The OSU basketball camps are designed to provide players with a greater opportunity to advance their skills, develop a better understanding of the physical and mental sides of the game and meet new friends that share the joy for the sport of basketball.
The camp staff includes OSU head coach Judy Spoelstra, assistant coaches Jualeah Woods, Stephanie Norman and Todd Corman, as well as well as numerous players including Pac-10 Conference Player of the Year, Felicia Ragland.
Emphasis will be placed on will be placed on improving individual and team skills, shooting, defensive positions and team dynamics.
The day camp runs from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. with a cost of $215. The overnight camp will run from 8:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. with overnight campers housed in the dorms at a cost of $295, or a cost of $250 for commuters.
