Arizona Football Game On National TV

CORVALLIS - The Oregon State-Arizona football game set for October 13 at Reser Stadium has been selected for a national Fox Sports Net telecast and will be played at 7:15 p.m. PDT, it was announced Wednesday by the Pacific-10 Conference.
The OSU-Arizona game marks the second national telecast selected the Beavers have received so far. OSU has also been selected for one regional network telecast. Previously, the Civil War game with Oregon was moved to December 1 for an ABC national telecast, starting at 1:30 p.m. PST. OSU has also been selected to play USC in an ABC regional telecast on November 3, starting at 12:30 p.m. PST.
At this point, the OSU-Arizona game is only Beaver football contest selected by Fox Sports Net for a national telecast. All 11 of OSU's games will be shown on Sunday on a delayed basis by Fox Sports Net Northwest.
In other related Beaver football news, Matt Munnelly, OSU's director of ticket operations, said Wednesday that season ticket sales have surpassed 21,700.
