USC will host Wyoming in the first round of the 2001 Preseason NIT tournament Nov. 13 in a 6:30 p.m. match-up televised live by ESPN, it was announced today (June 27).
Should the Trojans win, they would play the winner between Montana State at Fresno State in a game played the same day. Other first-round match-ups on USC's side of the bracket are Maine at Arkansas and UNC-Wilmington at Wake Forest, both on Nov. 12.
