LeRoy Earns Medals At Canadian Games

LONDON, Ontario -- Washington State swimmer Andree-Anne LeRoy earned a pair of bronze medals last week at the Canadian Games.
The sophomore to be placed third in the 200 meter individual medley and was a member of the third place 4 x 100 meter relay team.
She joined junior to be Melissa Hubley as medal winners at the Games. Hubley captured the gold medal in the 200 meter butterfly.
LeRoy, a native of Nanaimo, British Columbia, was seventh after the preliminaries in the 200 meter individual medley with a time of 2:24:720. She shaved over two and a half seconds off her time in the finals and won the bronze with a time of 2:22:120.
In the 4 x 100 relay, LeRoy's British Columbia team was fifth in the preliminaries with a time of 4:00:82 before capturing the bronze in a time of 3:54:670.
