Kirk Takes Fourth In 100 Breaststroke At World University Games

Beijing, China - Stanford's Tara Kirk finished fourth in the finals of the 100 meter breaststroke on Saturday at the 2001 World University Games in Beijing, China. Kirk recorded a time of 1:10.83 in the finals.

Kirk was the top qualifier after the event's heats and semifinals on Friday, recording a time of 1:09.85 in the semifinals and a 1:10.68 in her heat.
