'It was a solid performance tonight,' said head coach Andy Nelson. 'We defended well and put a lot of pressure on them. There are still things we need to work on, but we got a lot of help from many different players. It was very nice to score four goals tonight.'
The 2-0 Cardinal will battle Texas Sunday night at the Mike A. Myers Stadium, concluding their 17-day road trip. Competition is set to begin at 7 p.m. (CST).
