Brady Stockton Tied For 10th At Men's Golf Tournament

The Arizona State men's golf team is in 11th place at the Jerry Pate Intercollegiate at Old Overton Golf Course (par 71/6,958 yards) in Birmingham, Ala. The team played 36 holes on Monday and will finish with 18 on Tuesday.

ASU sophomore Chez Reavie is sitting out this tournament as he continues to recover from a wrist injury suffered early this fall.

ASU shot a 19-over 587 (288-299). Wake Forest (13-under 555) leads the tournament by 11 strokes over Oklahoma State and Arizona.

Also in the field are: Alabama, UAB, Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, Georgia Tech, UNLV and Texas.

ASU's only win in the Jerry Pate was in the fall of 1995, as the Sun Devils went on to win the national title later that year. Clemson has won the title the past four years.
