The league's two Top-10 teams, No. 4/No. 6 STANFORD (11-1-0, 1-1-0) and No. 8/No. 4 WASHINGTON (10-1-0, 2-0-0), clash this weekend in Palo Alto... The Huskies put their eight-match win streak to the test and look to remain undefeated in Pac-10 play, while the Cardinal attempt to stay perfect in home matches on the season.

Winners of two in a row, OREGON STATE (5-6-0, 1-1-0) travels to the Bay Area to face Stanford and CALIFORNIA (6-5-1, 0-2-0). The UCLA Bruins (6-6-2, 2-2-0) take a break from Conference action this week by hosting the 17th Annual UCLA Pacific Soccer Classic, presented by Big 5 Sporting Goods... The tournament field includes the three-time NCAA champion Bruins, 12th-ranked South Carolina, Cal State Fullerton, and St. Mary's... The Classic's marquee matchup between UCLA and South Carolina takes place Sunday at 2 p.m. PT.

OREGON STATE junior midfielder/forward Aaron McHardy has been named the Pac-10 Men's Soccer Player of the Week for Oct. 16-22.

McHardy, from Vancouver, British Columbia, tallied five points on the weekend as the Beavers upset No. 20 UCLA and downed Western Washington in Corvallis. McHardy scored three goals and notched an assist in the 5-0 win over Western Washington Oct. 19. He capped the weekend with a goal in the 1-0 win over UCLA Oct. 21. It was OSU's second straight over the Bruins.

Oregon State (5-6-0, 1-1-0 Pac-10) travels to Stanford and California this weekend.

This is the first weekly honor for McHardy and Oregon State's second Player of the Week honor all-time.
