Maliza scored Stanford's first goal in a 4-0 shutout win against Oregon State on Oct. 26. He followed that performance by scoring a goal and adding an assist in a 4-1 win over No. 4/No. 8 Washington on Oct. 28. Heading into the match, the Huskies had won eight of their previous nine contests.
