Volleyball's Logan Tom To Chat Live On Wednesday At 3:45 p.m. EST

Welcome to ESPN.com's moderated chat room. On Wednesday at 3:45 p.m.,ET, Stanford volleyball player and U.S. Olympian, Logan Tom, hits chatto talk about the third-ranked Cardinal's 2001 season and this weekend's highly anticipated matches against UCLA and USC.
Tom, who is only a junior, has already left her mark on the record books on the Farm. The 6-1 outside hitter is tied for fifth in career service aces (113) and should move into the top five career categories in kills and digs before she graduates. The two-time All-American ranks second in school history for a single match with 39 kills and her 46 service aces in 1999 was good enough for fourth as a single-season best. She is a two-time Pac-10 All-Conference selection and was tabbed Pac-10 Freshman of the Year in '99. Tom has been honored as Pac-10 Player of the Week five times during her career and is one of only eight players in the history of the league have earned the player of the week honors five or more times. For her career, she is averaging 4.96 kills per game which ranks her second all-time in the Pac-10 in highest kills average. The 2000 Olympian helped lead the U.S. Women's National Team to a fourth-place finish atthe Summer Olympic Games in Sydney and win gold at the 2001 FIVB Grand Prix this summer.
This year Tom is leading the team in kills (4.78 kpg), digs (3.41 dpg)and service aces (0.54 sapg) while hitting at a .325 clip. She had aseason-high 28 kills against nationally-ranked Pacific two weeks ago.Tom is currently on a streak of 39 consecutive matches in double figures (kills). She has notched a double-double in 18 of 23 matches during the 2001 season. Tom leads the league in kills and service aces and is second in digs.
The Cardinal (21-2, 12-1 Pac-10) host two top-15 teams this weekend asthey face No. 11 UCLA and No. 5 USC in Maples Pavilion Friday andSaturday night respectively. Both matches are slated for 7 p.m. starts.
