Clemens Sweeps Titles at Southern California Intercollegiates

Los Angeles -- UCLA sophomore Tobias Clemens won both the singles and doubles titles Thursday at the 45th Southern California Intercollegiate Championships at the Los Angeles Tennis Club. The finals were supposed to be played last Sunday, however they had to be postponed because of rain.

In one of the closest singles finals ever, Clemens edged USC's Andrew Park, 6-2, 4-6, 7-6(3).

In doubles, Clemens teamed with parter Lassi Ketola to defeat Loyola Marymount's Leopold Graeubig/Tigran Martirosyan, 8-4.
