Bryce Bohlander Named To Pac-10 Academic All-Conference Football Team

Walnut Creek, Calif. - UCLA football standout Bryce Bohlander was named today to the second-team All-Pac-10 Academic Football squad as selected by the conference office.
Bohlander, a true junior from Keizer, OR (McNary HS), has started the past 24 straight games at left offensive tackle for UCLA. He has graded out above 87% in eight games this season and has had at least five KO blocks in five games. He graded out at a season-best 95% in the win over Washington in which running back DeShaun Foster set a school record with 301 yards on the ground.
Bohlander posted a 3.01 grade point average in his Political Science major. He has been on the Director's Honor Roll in the Fall of 2000 and the Winter of 2001.
Reserve defensive back and special team standout Keith Short received honorable mention All-Pac-10 Academic team honors. Short is a true sophomore who is an undeclared major. He has been listed on the Director's Honor Roll at UCLA in Fall 2000 and Winter 2001.
UCLA will close out the regular season on Saturday, December 1 against Arizona State at the Rose Bowl. The game will kickoff at 2 p.m.
