NCAA Sends Women's Volleyball to Penn State

The 14th-ranked UCLA women's volleyball team will travel to the campus of Penn State University in State College, PA, for the first and second rounds of the NCAA Women's Volleyball Tournament, it was announced today. The Bruins open against Penn at 5 pm eastern time on Friday, Nov. 30, followed by a 7 pm match between Fairfield and host Penn State.
All session tickets can be purchased in advance, beginning Tuesday, Nov. 27 at 8 a.m. at the Bryce Jordan Center Athletic Ticket office, or by calling 814/865-5555 or 1-800-863-3336 until Friday afternoon. Ticket prices will be $10 for adults and $6 for students/youth/senior citizens. Single session tickets can be purchased at the door Friday and Saturday, $6 for adult and $5 for students/youth/senior citizens.
UCLA enters tournament play with a record of 18-8, 12-6 (fourth) in the Pac-10. UCLA's first round opponent, Penn, has an 18-6 record and represents the Ivy League. Penn State is 21-7, 14-6 Big Ten, while Fairfield holds a 19-12 record.
