Stanford volleyball team will be fun to watch this year because:
We have a lot of team energy and our team really loves to compete.
For me to improve as a player I need to:
Focus on making sure I close the block with my feet.
The thing I like about sports is:
The companionship you find within your team.
If I could add one team to the schedule it would be:
Nebaska, I would love to take a swing at them before the NCAA tournament.
The most difficult opposing arena to play in is:
Washington State, the crowd is close to the court and not too friendly.
A friend from another college volleyball team:
I am good friend with Ashley Bowles from UCLA. We played club together for four years in high school. We try to get together whenever we get the chance.
Favorite midnight snack:
Donuts from Happy Donuts. Open 24 hrs!!
What makes Maples Pavilion so special:
The crowd is awesome and it is fun to have your friends there to root you on. And of course there is always, the bouncy floor.
If I had to cook all of my meals, I'd probably survive on:
Favorite T.V. show:
My parents were right when they told me:
I can do whatever I put my mind to.
www.tallgirlshop.com - Clothing for all of us with along inseam.
I'd like to switch places for a day with:
Anthony Gabriel, I want to know what its like to play football.
Favorite non-volleyball activity:
Camping and watching movies.
My most prized possession is:
A necklace given to me on my 20th birthday from my boyfriend.
If you were going on a road trip and could only take one cd, which one would you take:
It is way to hard to pick. I would have to take a mixed CD.
Opponent you would most like to beat:
Whoever is in our way to a National Championship!
The current or former Stanford athlete I most enjoy watching perform:
Kerri Walsh, she is the best volleyball payer I have ever hard the honor of playing with. And also Anthony Gabriel (Stanford Football), he is really competitive and fun to watch.
If I could go up against any other Stanford athlete (non women's volleyball) it would be:
Zack Quaccia (Stanford Football Center), I'd want to see if I could knock him over.
Tom Hanks, he can take on any role.
Julia Roberts, she is funny and not as generic looking as a lot of actresses.
If I could bring anything from my hometown to Stanford it would be:
El Sombrero, the best Mexican food you could ever want!
Since coming to Stanford I have learned:
That college is the best opportunity to make life long friends.
One moment in history I wish I could have seen:
Jesus walk on water.
Ten years from now I hope to be:
Working, married with kids and loving in Southern California.
Strawberries, and Ebleskeavers (funny little pancakes) --and that isn't how you spell it!
Least Favorite Food:
Favorite sport other than volleyball:
Soccer, especially at night when it smells like wet grass.
If I won $1 million dollars, I would:
Buy a new house, get a new car and invest the rest.
