SEATTLE - The University of Washington men's and women's swimming teams play host to the Air Force Academy and UC Davis Saturday at Husky Pool. The UW men will face both Air Force and UC Davis, while the women will take on UC Davis in a dual-meet format, beginning at 1 p.m.
Both Husky squads are coming off a pair of wins last weekend over Mountain West Conference members, BYU and Utah. The UW men, who are 7-1 overall, have been on the losing side in each of the past three meets with Air Force, including a close 113-124 loss last season in Colorado Springs, Colo.
The UW women, meanwhile, enter this weekend's meet with a 7-2 record, and will face a UC Davis squad, which placed in the top 15 at the NCAA Division II championships last season.
This Saturday's meet will be Washington's final meet at Husky Pool this season. The Huskies are set to travel to Hawaii for dual meet action next Friday, Jan. 25, in Honolulu.
