Sam Clancy Selected AP All-America

USC senior forward Sam Clancy, already named to three All-American teams this season, was selected to the AP All-American second team it was announced on Tuesday (March 12).

Clancy, picked earlier this year to All-America teams selected by FOXSports.com (first), USBWA (second) and NABC (third) learned of his selection from a phone call from his mother. He is joined on the second team by Duke's Mike Dunleavy, Casey Jacobsen of Stanford, David West of Xavier and Jared Jeffries of Indiana.

Duke's Jason Williams headed the first team with Drew Gooden of Kansas and guards Steve Logan of Cincinnati, Juan Dixon of Maryland and Dan Dickau of Gonzaga.

Carlos Boozer of Duke led the third team and was joined by Brandin Knight of Pittsburgh, Jason Gardner of Arizona, Tayshaun Prince of Kentucky and Erwin Dudley of Alabama.
