Women's Tennis Cracks Top-5

Los Angeles - The UCLA women's tennis team cracked the top-5 in the latest Omni Hotels Collegiate Rankings released Wednesday. The Bruins (10-2, 0-1 Pac-10), who were ranked No. 9 in the country a week ago, are now tied for 5th with Stanford.

Individually, UCLA is the only school in the country to have two players ranked in the top-5 of the singles rankings. Bruin freshman Megan Bradley is ranked No. 3 in the country and is followed by junior Sara Walker at No. 5. Senior Petya Marinova checks in at No. 61.

In doubles, Marinova and Walker are ranked No. 5, while Bradley and Lauren Fisher are close behind at No. 6

UCLA's next match is against Arizona on Mar. 29 in Tucson.
