UW-WSU Games Will Take Place In Lewiston

March 25, 2002

LEWISTON, Idaho - The Washington baseball team's two-game, non-conference series vs. Washington State, scheduled for today and Tuesday (March 25 and 26) has been moved to Harris Field in Lewiston, Idaho, due to poor weather in Pullman.

The Huskies will play the Cougars today (Monday) after WSU takes on California in a makeup game from Sunday's rainout. The Cougars and Bears play at 11:00 a.m. and the Huskies will play WSU about a half hour after the conclusion of the Cal game.

Harris Field is the home of Lewis-Clark State College and Lewiston is noted for having better weather than most of the surrounding area.
