Charli Turner Thorne to Hold Three Summer Basketball Camps in June.

Arizona State head women's basketball coach Charli Turner Thorne has announced her 2002 summer basketball camps to be held on the campus of Arizona State University.
The sixth-year Sun Devil mentor, who led ASU to a school-record 25 wins, the 2002 Pac-10 Tournament Championship and its second consecutive NCAA Tournament berth this season, and her coaching staff will direct three camps starting with a team camp June 7-9. The overnight camp is geared toward high school teams (grades 9-12) interested in the opportunity to work on team skills in game situations.
A individual camp for players in grades 6-12 will be held June 17-20. The individual camp is offered as a boarding or non-boarding camp. It is geared toward players interested in playing at the next level with special attention spent on individual offensive moves and defensive strategies that will help players become the best they can be.
Turner Thorne's final camp will be a day camp for players in grades 3-8, which runs from June 24-27. It will feature instruction on basketball fundamentals and on improving already developed skills.
All camps will be run by Arizona State women's basketball coaches and players and will take place at Wells Fargo Arena, the home of the 2001 Pac-10 Champion and 2002 Pac-10 Tournament Champion Sun Devils.
