Redhage And Allen Earn Pac-10 All-Academic Honors

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. -- Arizona State's Shawn Redhage has earned Pac-10 All-Academic honors for the second time, the league announced.

Redhage, a junior construction science major, has a 3.44 grade point average. He has played in 90 games in his three-year career and has averaged 19 minutes and 7.2 points. He has made 80.9 percent of his free throws (169-of-209), tied for the fifth-best mark in school history.

Sophomore Justin Allen earned the honor for the first time. Allen has a 3.31 grade point average.

To be eligible for selection to the academic team, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade-point average and be either a starter or significant contributor.
