Ashley Wysong Gains NCAA Provisional Standard - 800 Meters

Walnut, Ca - Ashley Wysong, a senior transfer from the University of Missouri, gained the NCAA provisional qualifying standard in the 800 meters to highlight Stanford's participation on Sunday at the Mt. SAC Relays.

Wysong ran 2:06.21 which also is the fifth-best time in school history.

Freshman Christine Moschella ran a 24.60 in the 200 meters, a Pac-10 qualifying time and ninth-best in school history.

Michael Ponikvar leaped 7-2 1/2 in the high jump, good enough to qualify provisionally for the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
