North Carolina is Soccer America's pick to win the NCAA Division I women's title. The Tar Heels have won 16 of 20 women's titles. Santa Clara, the defending champion, is ranked third by Soccer America's editors, one spot behind WCC rival Portland. The Women's College Cup will be played Dec. 6 and 8 in Austin, Texas.
