Ducks' Match at Florida State Will Be Televised Live on the Sunshine Network.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Sunday's Oregon-Florida State soccer match (9/1/02) will be broadcast live by the Sunshine Network, with the game starting at 2 p.m. Eastern Time (11 a.m. Pacific Time).

The Seminoles are one of 10 Duck opponents this season ranked top-25 nationally by the NSCAA (No. 17), Soccer Times (16th-tie), and Soccer America (No. 13) in recent preseason polls.

The Ducks opened their season Friday with a 3-0 loss to Wake Forest, NCAA Tournament qualifiers the past five years.

A trio of Duck starters accounted for Oregon's three shots on goal vs. the Demon Deacons - senior midfielder Amanda Orand, junior midfielder Lindsey Werdell, and freshman forward Mele French. The offense logged three other shots during the game courtesy of Orand (2) and Werdell (1). In goal for the Ducks, senior keeper Sarah Peters registered five saves in 90 minutes.
