UCLA junior midfielder Adolfo Gregorio has been named the Pac-10 Men's Soccer Player of the Week for Aug. 27-Sept. 2.

Gregorio, from Hilmar, Calif., recorded two goals and one assist to lead the Bruins to a 4-1 season-opening victory against Boston University on Aug. 30. Gregorio's first goal was the game-winner, snapping a 1-1 tie in the 70th minute. He also assisted the Bruins' third goal in the 76th minute and scored again himself in the 79th minute. This is the first weekly honor for Gregorio and UCLA's ninth Player of the Week honor all-time.
