Top-ranked Stanford shutouts Portland, 2-0

Stanford, Ca - Matt Janusz scored his second goal of the season and Mike Wilson added his third of the year as the top-ranked Stanford men's soccer team shutout 14th-ranked Portland, 2-0, on Sunday at Harry Maloney Field.

Janusz scored the first Cardinal goal at 28:40 followed by Wilson's goal at 79:46.

Robby Fulton started his first game of the season in goal and recorded the shutout along with four saves.

The Cardinal outshot the Pilots, 13-6.

Stanford now is 3-0 while Portland falls to 2-2.
