Huskies Standout Receiver Leaves In Second Quarter

SEATTLE (AP) - Washington receiver Reggie Williams left the Huskies' gameagainst Idaho on Saturday with a sprained left knee after colliding with twodefenders early in the second quarter.

Tests were planned at halftime to determine the extent of the injury.

Williams, one of the nation's top wideouts, caught a crossing pass from CodyPickett for a 5-yard gain to the Idaho 3-yard line. He stayed down for severalminutes, then was helped off the field by trainers.

In three games this season, Williams has averaged 18.4 yards a reception. Hehad 55 catches for 973 yards last season, sharing Pacific-10 freshman of theyear honors with Stanford receiver Teyo Johnson.
