Cougar Basketball Teams Scrimmage Summaries

PULLMAN, Wash. -- The Washington State University men's and women's basketball teams each held their first public intra-squad scrimmages, Saturday.

On the men's side, the Crimson defeated the White 74-65. Junior Marcus Moore (Inglewood, Calif.) led the Crimson with 20 points and seven assists while senior Justin Lyman (Missouri City, Texas) led all scorers with 26 points for the white team.

Five other Cougar men tallied double figure scoring, including sophomore Shami Gill (Mission, British Columbia) who had 13 points and a game-high eight rebounds.

In the women's scrimmage, junior Bianca McCall (Santa Rosa, Calif.) recorded a double-double with a game-high 33 points and 11 rebounds.

Senior Sarah Barrett (Springfield, Ore.) and junior Ravon Justice (Atlanta, Texas) each added 19 points.
