Bruin Cross Country to Compete at NCAA West Regional Qualifiers

On Saturday, November 16, the UCLA men's cross country team will compete at the NCAA West Regional Qualifiers, held at the Stanford Golf Course in Palo Alto, CA.
UCLA will look to sophomores Ben Aragon, Erik Emilsson and Jon Rankin to lead the way at the Regional Qualifiers. At the 2002 Pac-10 Championships, the Bruin men placed eighth and were led by Emilsson, who placed 24th overall.
At last year's NCAA Regional Qualifiers, held in Tucson, AZ, the Bruin placed ninth as a team and were led by former Bruin Bryan Green, who placed 22nd, and qualified individually for the NCAA Championships.
The 2003 NCAA Cross Country Championships will be held Monday, November 25, in Terre Haute, IN.
