ASU Announces Holiday Bowl Ticket Donation Plan To Military Members

TEMPE, Ariz.--The Arizona State University Athletic Ticket Office has announced a plan to donate tickets for the Sun Devils' December 27 game in the Pacific Life Holiday Bowl in San Diego, California, to San Diego-area military service members and their families, Director of Athletics Gene Smith announced Friday.

ASU patrons who cannot attend the game, but want to purchase a ticket and donate it to a military service member and his/her family can do so by calling the ASU Athletic Ticket Office at 480-965-2381 or the Sun Angel Foundation at 480-727-7700.

Dirk Koetter's second-year squad will face Kansas State (10-2) of the Big 12 Conference. The game is nationally televised by ESPN at 5 p.m. PT.

Ticket prices are $44 for the general public.

The ticket office will extend its hours until 6:00 p.m. during the weeks of December 9-13 and 16-20 until 6:00 p.m. to accommodate patrons. The Ticket Office will be open tomorrow (Saturday, Dec. 14) from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Persons can also purchase their tickets in person at the Sun Devil ticket office (South end of Sun Devil Stadium at the Carson Student-Athlete Center).
