Parking for Men's Basketball Games Updated
Dec. 31, 2002
Corvallis, Ore. - Starting on Jan. 2 the parking for Men's basketball home games will change over to its Pac-10 enforcement. All the permit lots will remain the same and be strictly enforced. Those lots include Gill-Prothro, Gate 7, Valley Football, and 30th street lots. There is also a section in the first two rows on the left side of Finley that is reserved for Media only. Enforcement begins two hours prior to tip off and cars incorrectly parked will be towed at the owner's expense.
The change will be in the location of all the pay lots. The same lots that have been pay for the pre-season games will remain pay lots. They include Western, Scoreboard, Macgruder, and Washington Way. The lot that will be new is the rest of Finley. This was an open lot due to the constraints with everyday school activities but will become a pay lot for all home men's basketball Pac-10 games.
There are still plenty of free lots available on the north side of campus, 15th and Washington Way, and the forestry lot. Handicapped parking is available along 26th street for $5.00 per space and donor handicapped parking is located along Ralph Miller Drive.
