RECAPPING LAST WEEK
The Ducks finished last week 3-1, sweeping Portland State in a doubleheader. Oregon didn't allow the Vikings to score a run in either game, winning 5-0 and 4-0. Freshman pitcher Amy Harris picked up both wins while Alyssa Laux went 3-for-4 with four RBI in the second game. On Friday, the Ducks used stellar defense to defeat Oregon State, 2-1. Freshman Beth Boskovich and senior Lynsey Haij each had an RBI in the game while Harris picked up her third win in as many games. Despite a home run by Jenn Poore and Alyssa Laux, Oregon State won 7-3 on Sunday.
