At the par 4 11th, Moon squared the match with a birdie to Peel's bogey. Both players matched pars for the next four holes until Moon's bogey at No.16 gave Peel a 1-up lead. The final two holes were halved.
Levin, who won the 2002 Northern California Amateur, continued his match play success with a resounding victory over Warman, one of the top players on the West Coast.
