'It is certainly impressive to work with young adults who succeed in all areas of their lives through honest hard work,' said UCLA head coach Valorie Kondos Field. 'It's one thing for our seniors to have won three NCAA championships in four years. It's quite another to have earned such tremendous academic success at one of the most prestigious academic institutions in the world.'
The NACGC/W Scholastic All-America honors acknowledge gymnasts who carry a 3.5 or higher GPA during the school year.
