Men's Golf Ranked 14th in Current Precept/GCAA Coaches Poll

TUCSON, Ariz. - The University of Arizona men's golf team remains among the top-20 team in the country as the Cats were ranked 14th in the current Precept/Golf Coaches Association of America Coaches Poll, which was released Wednesday.

Arizona received 323 points in the second edition of the Precept/CGAA Division I Coaches Poll to rank 14th nationally. The Wildcats, one of six Pacific-10 Conference teams included in the poll, slipped three places from the previous edition following a tie for eighth and a 13th place finish in its first two events of the season.

Arizona will next be in action on Oct. 6-7 at the Windon Memorial Classic at North Shore Country Club in Glenview, Ill.
