UA Men's Tennis Completes Day Two at Laguna Niguel Futures

LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif. - The Arizona men's tennis team completed day two of the Laguna Niguel Futures Saturday, Sept. 27. The Wildcats won both of their matches.

Competing on day two for Arizona was senior Carl Hagman and sophomore Roger Matalonga. Hagman was tested by Nicolas Schaffner, but emerged victorious winning, 6-3, 4-6, 7-5. Matalonga lost only one point, defeating Michael Lavery in straight sets, 6-0, 6-1. The victories improve both men's records to 2-0.

The Wildcats will be back in action again Sunday, Sept. 27, in day three of the Laguna Niguel (Calif.) Futures.
