Corkery and Pade Pairing Qualify for Doubles Main Draw

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Stanford's K.C. Corkery and James Pade, seeded No. 1 in the qualifying draw, have advanced to the main draw in men's open doubles at the Icy Hot/ITA All-American Championship after a victory in the quarterfinals on Wednesday at the Champions Club.

The sophomore duo defeated Tennessee's Wade Orr and Simon Rea 8-6. The Cardinal pair face Benjamin Becker and Bendikt Dorsch of Baylor in the first round of the main draw on Thursday at 4 p.m. CST.

In the men's open singles main draw, Stanford junior Sam Warburg comes against Ohio State's Jeremy Wurtzman at 9 a.m. CST on Thursday. Corkery will also see action in singles competition against Matt Lockin of Vanderbilt at 10:30 a.m. CST.
