UCLA Edged By Oregon, 60-59

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) - Luke Jackson made a pair of free throws with 13 secondsleft to give Oregon a 60-59 victory against UCLA on Saturday.
Jackson, playing his last career game at McArthur Court, scored 21 pointstotal to go with eight rebounds. He scored 14 in the second half as the Duckserased a 29-23 halftime deficit.
Jackson was sent to the line after the Bruins' Trevor Ariza fouled him whileattempting to steal a pass from James Davis.
The win also gave Oregon (14-11 overall, 9-9 Pac-10) its third straight .500or better finish in conference play for the first time in 49 years.
James Davis, another of the Ducks' four seniors, added 11 points, whileDijon Thompson led four Bruins in double-digits with 14 points. Oregon openedthe second half with a 15-2 run to take a 38-31 lead at the 16:38 mark. Jacksonstarted the run with a layup off a steal, while Aaron Brooks hit a pair of3-pointers.
UCLA (11-16, 7-11) wouldn't go away, retaking the lead at 7:18 on aturnaround jump shot by T.J. Cummings over the defense of Jackson to put theBruins up 50-48.
Jackson answered with a 3-pointer to give the Ducks the one-point advantage.
After Oregon fell behind 57-54 on a layup by Cedric Bozeman with 2:01 toplay, Jackson answered with another 3-pointer to tie the game and IanCrosswhite made a free throw with 54 seconds left for a 58-57 Oregon lead.
The Bruins went back up on top after a layup from Bozeman with 21 secondsleft.
After Jackson's free throws, the Bruins had a chance, but Bozmen's shot on adrive to the basket was short and the rebound was grabbed by the Ducks.
