Cougars Begin Spring Practice March 23

PULLMAN, Wash. --- Washington State will hold the first of 14 spring practice sessions Tuesday, March 23, beginning four weeks of preparation for the 2004 football season. The annual Crimson & Gray Game will be held Saturday, April 17 at 1 p.m.

The Cougars, coming off a 10-3 season capped by a 28-20 victory over Texas in the Holiday Bowl, will practice Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays with Saturday morning scrimmages for the first three weeks. The final week will not include a Thursday session.

Washington State's baseball game with USC scheduled for April 17 has been moved to 3 p.m. in an effort to accommodate fans wishing to attend the Crimson & Gray Game and the second game of the Cougar-Trojan series in Pullman.
