Eleven Athletes To Compete at NCAA Indoor Championships

Fayetteville, Ark - Three men and eight women are slated to compete for Stanford University at the 2004 NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships at the Randal Tyson Track Center on Friday and Saturday.

Competing for the men's team are Ian Dobson in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters, and Donald Sage and Chris Emme in the 3,000 meters. Seth Hejny and Peter Meindl are listed as alternates. The eight women competing are Sara Bei in the 3,000 meters and distance medley relay, Jill Camarena in the shot put, Alicia Craig in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters, Ashley Freeman, Katie Hotchkiss, Chinny Offor, Amanda Trotter and Kathleen Trotter in the distance medley relay.

Friday (March 12)
6:45 p.m. - Sara Bei in the mile (prelim)
7:50 p.m. - Alicia Craig in the 5,000 meters (final)
8:30 p.m. - Ian Dobson in the 5,000 meters (final)
9:10 p.m. - Women's Distance Medley Relay (final)
